    College-wide system outage

    There is an unplanned college-wide system outage occurring. This is affecting both the Multisearch and the e-resources, as well as the student portal. IT are currently working on it, and will hopefully restore access soon.

    PsycArticles Database - Downtime

    APA PsycArticles database via EbscoHost is currently down. We are working with the vendor to resolve the problem. In the meantime, please contact the library if you are having trouble accessing any items from the Ebsco platform and we will supply you with a copy.

    MultiSearch Outage - Sunday 3rd July 2022

    On Sunday July 3 ACAP MultiSearch will be unavailable due to a planned server migration.

    This outage will begin at 2am and planned to be complete by 2pm.

    All ACAP journal, ebook and video databases will remain available during this time and direct links from the class space will also continue to work.

    LibChat support will be available from 1pm – 6pm and questions will be monitored throughout the day.

    This server migration will improve reliability and speed for users and reduce waiting time for library staff when requesting improvements or solving problems.

    APA PsycBooks Outage

    APA PsycBooks Database via EbscoHost is currently out of service. The vendor is aware of the issue and it should be back up and running by 5th February 2022. Apologies for any inconvenience.
