Sci-Hub (SciHub) is a searchable database of articles and papers that have been made illegally available. Content that is available through this platform is infringing the copyright of many scholarly publishers.

As an alternative to Sci-Hub you can:

  • Use ACAP MultiSearch to access content
  • Refer to the Databases list
  • Access content via Google Scholar either on campus or through the Databases list. The library has set up functionality with Google Scholar that lets you easily access the library licensed copy of paywalled articles and papers, if your browser picks up your affiliation with ACAP (i.e. going direct to Google Scholar won't necessarily pick up that you are an ACAP staff or student).
