If you use the My Library function in MultiSearch to renew and request library books there is a known issue with signing in relating to a recent network change.
Contrary to what may display in the sign-in display, always use your normal My Library login STUDENTS\yourstudentID (e.g. STUDENTS\135689) and your student portal password.
The library team are working to correct this issue and we apologise for any inconvenience. You can continue to access My Library by following the above instructions.
Please note this does not affect access to library ebooks and other eresources.
