Sometimes, however, your browser will remember incorrect login details for your My Library account. When this happens, you may be redirected to an error page or back to the login screen.
To fix this issue, either try using another browser or clear your existing browser's history, cookies, and cache. To correctly perform this action please follow these instructions: Clear Cache, Cookies & Reset Browser.
We have found this to be a problem, especially for Chrome users. To clear cookies in Chrome:
- Go to 'Tools Menu'
- Click on 'History' (CTRL + H)
- Click on 'Clear browsing data'
- Select Time Range: 'All Time'
- Select 'Cookies and other site data' (you might also need to clear 'Cached images & files')
- Click on 'Clear data'
- Restart your browser (CTRL + F5)
