Sometimes your browser will remember incorrect login details for your My Library account. When this happens you may be redirected to an error page or back to the login screen.
To fix this issue, either try using another browser or clear your existing browser's history, cookies and cache. To correctly perform this action please follow these instructions: Clear Cache, Cookies & Reset Browser.

We have found this to be a problem especially for Chrome users. To clear cookies in Chrome:
- Go to 'Tools Menu'
- Click on 'History' (CTRL + H)
- Click on 'Clear browsing data'
- Select Time Range: 'All Time'
- Select 'Cookies and other site data'
- Click on 'Clear data'
- Restart your browser (CTRL + F5)
